Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Android apps published by Kyperion Studio (“we”, “us”) and to this website. By downloading or using our apps you agree to these terms. Some apps have additional terms on their Google Play listing; where they differ, the app’s own terms apply.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on Android devices you own or control, in line with the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the apps, except where the law allows it.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, audio, video, text and other content you create or edit with our apps. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use, and for using the apps lawfully — for example, respecting copyright and other people’s privacy.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a paid upgrade. Purchases are processed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy; you can also contact us and we will help.

4. Ads and rewarded features

Free versions of our apps may show ads. Some apps let you watch an optional rewarded ad to unlock a feature for a limited time or a single use, as described in the app.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep our apps reliable, but we may change, update or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on your device’s hardware and Android version and may not work on every device.

6. Disclaimer

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Measurement, tuning, health-style and similar tools are for general and entertainment purposes only and are not professional, medical or safety equipment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kyperion Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the apps. Please keep backups of important files. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will revise the date above. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
